Tiger Maintenance Program
Total Customer Care is included with the purchase of a new Tiger only from an authorized Tiger Aircraft Sales Center or Flight Center. Total Customer Care is designed to supplement the airframe, engine, and avionics manufacturers’ warranty. It is good for one year from the date of delivery of the new Tiger. Thereafter, Tigers standard one year additional warranty applies.
Total Customer Care includes:
Schedule:
Scheduling of the Total Customer Care work, as well as warranty work, will be accomplished on a mutually agreeable schedule between the Sales Center or Flight Center and the Owner. The Owner recognizes that the Sales Center or Flight Center will make every effort to accommodate the Owners schedule and return the Tiger to service as quickly as possible; however, the Sales Center or Flight Center cannot be held liable for delays due to scheduling, availability of parts, and/or technical support from service providers or suppliers.
Location:
All maintenance covered under Total Customer Care must be performed at the Sales Center or Flight Center. The Sales Center or Flight Center reserves the right to change maintenance location and/or maintenance provider with thirty (30) days written notification to the Owner.
Transportation:
The Owner is responsible for all transportation costs incurred to reposition the aircraft to the Sales Center or Flight Center. When manpower and resources permit, the Sales center or Flight Center will attempt to assist the Owner by transporting the aircraft to and /or from the Total Customer Care maintenance; however, all expenses, including a second aircraft (chase plane) when necessary, will be the responsibility of the Owner.
Exclusions:
Maintenance Performed at a Location other than the Sales Center or Flight Center:
Any and all maintenance performed on the aircraft at a location other than the Sales Center or Flight Center maintenance facility, unless authorized in advance by the Sales Center or Flight Center, will be the Owner’s responsibility. The Sales Center or Flight Center may, at its sole discretion, elect to delegate the work to another maintenance facility in emergency situations.
